Privacy Policy

It is the policy of the Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America to keep donor information private. The council will not sell or trade a donor’s personal information to any other entity in existence without their written permission.

 

Website Purchase Policies

Shipping Policy

Most items purchased on the Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America website are fees for activities and events. In the event that a specific item is purchased it will be shipped by standard mail within three days of purchase.


Refund Policy

You can return any item purchased from the Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To return an item, please contact the Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America at 2250 E. Broadway Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85719 or email catalina.council@scouting.org. When you return an item you will be reimbursed by check within 10 business days.

For event/activity participation purchases, refunds will be made up to 3 days before the event. Contact the Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America at catalina.council@scouting.org to request a refund for an event.
