What a Difference $800 Can Make…
The Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America Scoutreach LLC, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America, for the sole purpose of funding Scoutreach programs in Southern Arizona. These Scoutreach programs allow the Catalina Council to better serve families in our challenged neighborhoods by directing more resources to these areas. Your donation makes the Scouting experience a reality to someone that would otherwise be left out.
Reduce your tax liability while helping those who need it most. Thanks to the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit Program for Qualifying Charitable Organization, state taxpayers now have more incentive to make cash donations to the Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America Scoutreach LLC.
Contributions of up to $400 for an individual tax payer or $800 for married couples filing jointly to the Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America Scoutreach LLC qualifies for the Arizona Helping Qualifying Charitable Organization Tax Credit. This tax credit is a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on Arizona income tax, which means your total tax bill can be reduced by this amount. In addition, your gift to the Catalina Council, Boy Scouts of America Scoutreach LLC qualifies as a charitable deduction on your federal return if you itemize.
Please share this information with your friends and family! Many people do not know that you CAN donate the maximum contribution for a non-profit, a public school AND a private school.
What YOUR $400 or $800 gift can provide:
Uniforms and supplies for children who otherwise could not afford to participate in Scouting.
Provide access to camp and other programs and activities.
