Juanita Portz

Juanita began her adventure when she introduced scouting to her grandchildren. As soon as they became Cub Scouts, she stepped up to be the Pack 445 Treasurer. Shortly after, it became a family endeavor when her son became involved as a Den leader for the youngest grandchild. Her biggest joy is seeing the spark in the eyes of youth as they learn and grow through the scouting program.

Lou Salute

Louis Salute’s service to and results for organizations has spanned from coast to coast. The impact realized through his involvement has transformed nonprofits at the financial, programmatic, and service delivery levels. Recently retired from a distinguished 37-year career with the Boy Scouts of America and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Lou continues to work with non-profits, professionally and as a volunteer to make the community a better place.

Greg Reiter

As lifetime Life Scout, Greg finds great satisfaction in seeing today’s scouts achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. One of his most rewarding experiences was attending the 2017 National Jamboree as an Associate Crew Advisor with his daughter Rebecca and son John and while there arranging the Eagle Scout Board of Review for John.
