Eagle Scout Project approval or Eagle Boards of Review are done through Cochise District. Do NOT take your Eagle packet to the Council Service Center for approval.
Questions and assistance available 24/7…leave a text or email, responses with minutes to hours. No calls please past 9pm or prior to 9am. (common courtesy)
*NOTE: Eagle packets must be submitted by the last day of the month to be considered for Eagle Board of Review for the next month’s standing BoR.
Scout MUST obtain project approval from Cochise Advancement Chair, Tammy Rodriguez, BEFORE starting a project. The Scout is responsible and MUST call and set up the appointment.
The following is suggested:
1 – Place application and all supporting documents in a 3-ring binder.
2 – Make sure your using the current Eagle application.
3 – Make sure you have all signatures needed.
4 – Make sure your dates are correct in showing when you served as a leader.
5 – Please make sure your Eagle book is labeled with Scout name, Troop number, and contact number.
Cub Day Camp
Cochise District Spring Day Camp

Camp Fee: $15.00 per Scout
- Fee includes camp patch, daily snack, and all program materials
- Saturday – 8:00 a.m.—4:00 p.m.
Location: Sierra Vista United Methodist Church
3225 St. Andrews Dr, Sierra Vista, AZ 85650
Food: Lunch is not provided.
What to Bring/Wear:
- Bring a sack lunch with non-perishable food.
- Refillable water bottle.
- Wear closed toe shoes.
- Small Day Pack to carry items around camp in.
- Required medication in it’s original container with instructions.
- BSA Medical forms Part A and B
- Pack T-shirt (Class B)
- Camp T-shirt is available for purchase for $10 and is good for all three camps in 2019
- Adult volunteers are needed to escort the scouts from station to station both days.
- Registered Scouters – Youth Protection Training is required. All other adult volunteers, not registered, it is highly recommended.
- BSA Medical forms Part A and B is required of all adults and youth on premises
Note: The scouts will be divided into groups according to their rank (den) so that the events they complete and the projects they work on are age and program award level appropriate.
