Annual Service Project Competition
Eagle Scouts who earned their rank in 2024 within Catalina Council had the opportunity to compete in the annual Eagle Scout Service Project competition. Local NESA (National Eagle Scout Association) council members reviewed the submissions and selected the top three outstanding projects.
