Master of Ceremonies

 Edmund Marquez

We are thrilled to welcome back Mr. Edmund Marquez as our Master of Ceremonies for a second year. A proud Tucson native, Edmund is the owner of one of the largest Hispanic-owned Allstate agency groups in the country and a well-respected leader in the Southern Arizona community.

Edmund currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Rio Nuevo board, Vice President of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson, and holds numerous past leadership roles, including Chair of the Tucson Metro Chamber and the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. This year, he was honored as the 2025 Distinguished Citizen Award Honoree, recognizing his outstanding commitment to civic service and community impact.

Known for his high energy, charisma, and love for Tucson, Edmund brings warmth and enthusiasm to every event he hosts. We are grateful to have him return to the stage and lead us through another memorable evening.

Honorable Chair

Ryan George 

We are truly honored to have Mr. Ryan George serve as this year’s Honorable Chair. A Tucson native and proud Eagle Scout, Ryan’s lifelong connection to Scouting began as a Tiger Cub and continues today through his commitment to youth and community development.

Ryan is the co-founder and CEO of Simpleview, a global company based in Tucson providing marketing and data solutions to tourism organizations worldwide. Under his leadership, Simpleview champions local giving, supporting numerous nonprofits throughout Southern Arizona.

In 2024, Ryan was named the Distinguished Citizen Award Honoree for his outstanding professional achievements and dedicated community service. He and his wife Kim are proud parents of three children and continue to embody the values of Scouting in everyday life. His passion for developing future leaders makes his role as Honorable Chair especially meaningful.
